Impact
High impact one day training has little equity! It's like getting a drink of water from a fire hydrant. Most of it runs off and drys up in a short time. Much like reading a book or going to the movies. It's more entertainment than an effective vehicle for change. We do offer one day programs, but you need to know this is not true training, this is edu-tainment.

Reinforcement
Have you ever read the same book or seen the same movie more than once? Chances are you picked up on something the second time that you didn't notice the first time. Reinforcement training provides opportunity for clarity and real world application. This is when true change come about.

Ownership
My guess is that you didn't have to tell your self to look in the rear view mirror last time you drove. It was automatic. Ownership occurs when you don't have to consciously think about what you are doing. This takes time, effort and learning the right lessons from failure.




We all come to the table with different Strengths and Weaknesses, but more importantly Hidden or Invisible weaknesses that NEUTRALIZE the strengths. Therefore, before any curriculum or courses are offered we will first have you complete a specific survey.

From this survey we will customize and individualize a specific curriculum for you!

1. Attitude is 90% of everything. Typically, the biggest problem we see is between the ears. We live in a world of negativity. The news, the media, conversation on the sidelines watching our kids, at the water cooler, the little voice inside our heads. Even the teachers in school mark off what we got wrong. There is POWER in positive thinking and what you think about most will manifest itself into current reality. Before we can make changes in our behavior we first have to change our outlook and control our attitude. Often this requires a discovery of our driving beliefs and values. We can't just change our attitude unless we identify the beliefs and values that drive attitude.

2. Behavior change means we have to start or stop doing things. Training = Change! Be it potty training or Military training, we are changing behavior to improve performance. Behavior change is difficult without consistent reinforcement and support. As humans we are programed to do what we've always done. And when in the heat of battle we will revert back to our comfort zone.

3. Skills grow with a positive attitude and with effective behaviors. The greater the skills the more valuable the employee.

4. Execution is the ultimate pragmatic application of new attitudes, behaviors and skills. Therefore, completing the cycle and giving individuals more confidence. In turn improving attitudes and making it easier to improve behaviors and gain more skills to execute more!
